He purchased this saw new back in the day and it still runs great. The motor bearings run smooth and the gear train to raise/lower the arm assembly works fine. The carbide blade that will come with it is in reasonable shape. The saw dimensions are 36"W x 40"D x 5'H. The base has casters that allow it to be moved on a flat surface as needed. If required for transport, the wood table and the leg base can be disassembled via a dozen or so bolts. He is happy to assist with that process if needed.
