I'll second West Concord Pharmacy (and their sisters, Theatre Pharmacy in Lexington along with Acton and a couple of others). I switched over to them when I found that they were significantly lower on prescriptions than the big chains (CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid).
And, while CVS is almost always understaffed and over-stressed, the customer service in W.
