I am looking for a responsible, quiet, tidy, woman writer or artist (no oils, please, unless impeccable with fumes and cleaning) to share my live/work space in Lincoln as a daytime (only) studio space. One large, rectangular room would be yours to use (roughly 20'x10') as well as access to half bath and kitchenette. Space includes a baby grand piano for use if desired.
