Hi, Listers -- I've got an Oru Haven (list price $2K) that has been used only twice. This is their 2-seater. If you don't know Oru, it is the "origami kayak" that folds up to a suitcase-sized carry that one strong person or 2 moderately strong people can easily heft into the back of a car. Unfolding it takes 20-25 minutes the first time, and gets easier once you get some practice, so they tell me.
