I will be looking to rent a studio apartment attached to my house ( separate entrance, kitchen,bath, extra freezer, access to W/D, abuts conservation trails) this spring. $1200 with rent reduced in exchange for some barn chores ( I have two mini horses) and occasional house/pet sitting.
