Hello Lincoln, It's garlic mustard season again! Help manage this invasive plant across town by pulling on your own property and by joining the Lincoln Conservation Department and Lincoln Land Conservation Trust for Pop Up Pull Days! Garlic mustard season runs April 11th through June 13th.
Pop Up Pull Days These workdays will be held from 1PM to 3PM and will take place at various conservation properties throughout town. Event information will be emailed to individuals who sign up. * Friday April 18th * Thursday May 1st * Thursday May 15 * Friday May 30th * Friday June 6th Free Paper Bags Free paper bags are available to Lincoln residents who are interested in pulling and disposing of garlic mustard. Bags are available at the Conservation Department's office at 16 Lincoln Road and at the Lincoln Land Conservation Trust's office at 145 Lincoln Rd #102a. Residents may also pick up bags at the transfer station on Wednesday April 16th and Saturday May 3rd. Bag Drop Off Paper bags filled with garlic mustard can be dropped off at the Lincoln DPW yard located at 30 Lewis Street. Please drop off bags in the designated recessed bay at the base of the cell tower. Please do not throw garlic mustard bags into the main brush / stump pile in the center of the yard or dispose of garlic mustard in plastic bags. The DPW yard is open Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 3:00PM. Bag drop off runs April 11th through June 13th.
