A quick analysis: Summary: In 15 years, 62.6% of the population has turned over since 2010 according to public Census data <https://censusreporter.org/profiles/06000US2501735425-lincoln-town-middlesex-county-ma/>. With a more detailed look at MLS listings (which are incomplete, and do NOT include rentals, which are 38% of the housing units) I found that there has been a ~40% turnover in owner-occupied units in 10 years (2014-2024; see table below), with a breakdown of roughly 50% turnover in condos, and 37% turnover in single family houses. (Math is broken down below). There has also been a ~17.5% total turnover since the onset of COVID. 1.
