This isn’t a case of regular Lincoln water.

This is a case of pipes being replaced on Lincoln Road and water out of a
hose- like thing-- aka "food grade tubing"' --stretched out through a large
sun lit area.

The question as I read it is asking if others are experiencing undrinkable
water--plastic smell and vile ordor--from a tube?

Anyone?
