Dear Lincoln Talkers:

Nearly half of U.S. families struggle to afford enough diapers to keep
their babies clean, dry, and healthy. The annual Metro-Boston Diaper
Drive, which I co-organize with another local mom, runs through Oct. 18.
Please help local families by donating diapers via our Amazon

or Target <https://www.target.com/gift-registry/gift/metrobostondiaperdrive>
registries, by purchasing from your preferred store (ship to 120 Beacon St.
Suite 202 - Somerville, MA 02143), or by donating at mbdiapers.org.
Registry donations go directly to the WIC Somerville office, which also
serves Lincoln.

There is a collection bin at the Lincoln Public Library if you have loose
diapers or want to buy diapers locally to donate.

SNAP & WIC are facing deep cuts and do not cover diapers. This leaves many
families to face tough choices. Diaper need can lead to increased health
risks for infants and toddlers, heightened parental stress, and barriers to
childcare and employment opportunities for families. Please join me in
supporting our community’s youngest and most vulnerable members.

By donating, you provide not just essential supplies, but hope, comfort,
and dignity to families facing tough times. Please donate if you can and
share the Drive with your network! Thank you!

Sincerely, Kim Jalet (Brooks Road)
