Right-click an empty area of your desktop, choose "Properties" (at the very bottom). Go to the "Appearance" tab. In the "Item" drop-down, choose "Active title bar" and read off the font from the drop-down below. I haven't changed mine from its default, and it reads Tahoma at 8 points. HTH, -Sean.
