Umm, imaging Lingo? 3D? Score recording? RTF import and edit?
Creating sprites on the fly? The discussions I've been posting here
lately about stego, for instance, would be mere dreams in Flash.
James Newton wrote a 570-page book detailing things Director can do
that Flash cannot.
There is a lot you can do in Director you cannot do in Flash. Unless
6 has incorporated all the above, that's still true.
If all you're thinking of is images and animation, then yeah, the two
appear more or less equal (until, of course, you get into imaging
Lingo and 3D). But if you're talking about complete control over your
domain and toolset, Director's got things locked.
