I've been making great use of James Newton's _Director Shockwave Studio Developer's Guide_, for what that's worth. The first 5 chapters are all about imaging Lingo. (The rest appears to be about 3D.) Also Gary Rosenzweig has posted some nice stuff to DOUG (director-online.com) such as imaging Lingo transitions (soft-edged wipe, circlular transitions, etc). The source code's groovy. I believe there's stuff at setpixel.com as well but I haven't poked around there lately. Really iLingo isn't that complex itself. I mean there are not hundreds of new keywords or anything. The trick is rather employing the powerful new subset of things you can do with it. -- Warren Ockrassa | http://www.nightwares.com/ Director help | Free files | Sample chapters | Freelance | Consulting Author | Director 8.5 Shockwave Studio: A Beginner's Guide Published by Osborne/McGraw-Hill http://www.osborne.com/indexes/beginners_guides.shtml [To remove yourself from this list, or to change to digest mode, go to http://www.penworks.com/lingo-l.cgi To post messages to the list, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Problems, email [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
