Actually I was referring just to the server. I've never used it because it doesn't run on nix. So I can't use it on my web site, and since pretty much any bright ISP is likely to have relatively few MS machines, I'm not alone in this. The backbone of the net is UNIX and not having a version of MUS that can run on a UNIX system is a serious hobbling of the possible user base. I really am rather baffled, actually, by Macromedia's apparent total corporate blind spot about nix. None of the development engines work on it, and apart from Flash the players don't either. That is completely incomprehensible to me. UNIX is the most common OS in the world. For that matter, in the known universe. -- Warren Ockrassa | http://www.nightwares.com/ Director help | Free files | Sample chapters | Freelance | Consulting Author | Director 8.5 Shockwave Studio: A Beginner's Guide Published by Osborne/McGraw-Hill http://www.osborne.com/indexes/beginners_guides.shtml [To remove yourself from this list, or to change to digest mode, go to http://www.penworks.com/lingo-l.cgi To post messages to the list, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Problems, email [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
