You need the Audio Xtra. Gretchen McDowell has it at www.updatestage.com.

I've use it a fair amount--it will record to your local drive, not to the 
server. It's kind of temperamental in that you have to do things just right 
or they won't work. If you do things right, though, it's solid.

You'll need to find a way to get it over to the server. It should be 
doable, though--the Xtra can record to a file, to a cast member, or to memory.
