You could use a dimmer pack with a serial interface and the serial xtra.

Or you could use Beck's one chip pc. A great tool, it's a whole pc and
webserver on one chip which you can program and it has 8 analog in/outputs.
You connect via an ethernet cable and just send something like
getNetText("http://192.168.0.4/inout.php?pin2=100";)
Very nice. Then connect the analog pins to a common dimmer pack.
