According to the website, "Developers creating content with previous releases still need to abide by the terms they agreed to when they started using the software. This includes Made with Macromedia program." It makes sense from several angles, not the least of which is another reason to upgrade. =)

You know, that raises an interesting question. Since Macromedia have dropped the requirement for the logo, do we still have to use it for projects done in pre-MX 2004?

It doesn't seem logical to me that we would, but marketers and lawyers
often use different logic than I do.

What would be the point of requiring it now? "Look, this product was
made with an old version of Director!"
