Burning ROM can create hybrid discs on a PC if a Mac-formatted volume is attached to your PC. Burning ROM is the most advanced DVD-creation app that I know of. I've never used it with a Mac volume, though. It may be worth a call to their tech support.

I'm looking for a different solution.

I can create a partition of 3 gig, but once I copy over 2 gig of data to it,
Toast says NO WAY.

I tried creating a dmg with the Disk Copy, but since Toast is doing the
burning, still no luck.

I'm trying to read up on the HDIUtil, but that seems to be a scripting
solution, which will have a learning curve and the client is already ticked
due to the delays. :(

Back to my research,
John
