Additionally, I recommend specifying *which* game you're interested in.
Every game has pretty much a completely custom "level" format, even
when based upon the same game engine, because they need to add new
features beyond the license engine.

My bet is no, none exist. They are way too custom to expect people to
write editors in something like lingo. They require too much heavy
pre-processing of complex data structures and binary bit-wise specific
handling of data.
