jim,
  it is possible to have two timers the way you want.
one way i can tell u is that u can have one timer
running from the start, while u can build one pseudo
timer that is which actually which virtually seems a
timer but it is synchronised with the seconds reading
of a clock or the main timer itself.
as now i am in a hurry so i will send u the script how
to actually do it if my thing is not clear to u.
