There are MANY ways to get this. A fatal error is a catch-all
something-went-wrong-somewhere result.

Common reasons are:
1) Returning to an object or sprite that has been deleted under your feet
2) Calls to objects that are no longer there
3) Xtra that is having problems

You can work with the debugger to figure this one out. It's hard to
speculate further as there's a million ways to get these errors.
