Q: Can i assign the same properties to a sprite that are assign to a text
field (is lingo involved)
giving the same drop down effect, & still being able to jump to my markers?

well, i never reference the casts at all, and when i reference the movies,
i never use the extension
as for absolute path name, i can not answer that question. is it a
preference somewhere?
