You don't have to buy it, they send it to you free. I've never found a
place on their site to download it, I had to call and ask. Have they added
downloading capabilities recently?

There is an Xtra available from the creators of IPIX that is required to
show
IPIX images. You have to buy it. But other than that, it's pretty buch a
drag-n-drop activity....the Xtra handles all the rotating commands, etc.
