It almost sounds like you have an out-of-date .DLL, assuming you have
IML32.DLL (if you didn't, you wouldn't get too far), or perhaps the .DLL is
corrupted.
If this happens only after a lot of use, then perhaps memory is getting
trashed somewhere.
