We've used Sony's SecuROM system with success. SecuROM protects 
executable files only (and Windows only). It adds an extra expense to 
your replication job (maybe seventy-five cents a disc), but it's easy 
to implement and appears to be quite secure. Even if you copy your 
protected file to the hard drive it will not launch unless a valid CD 
is in the drive.
