It's probably just the fact that it is 125 Mb. I would bet that if you open it in the QT movie player and scrub the playhead in to say 1/2 the movie it'll take some time before it starts too... Normal behavior. It takes a while for the hard drive to seek that far into the file is all. About all you could do is compress it more, reduce the size, etc... Make it smaller.
