Why does this SOMETIMES cause the MIAW to crash? It shouldn't be the same
issue as with forgetting the MIAW (which I know all about), right? What can
it be, then?

Only the MIAW crashes (remains visible, but stops responding to
mouseclicks). The stage is fine. The MIAW may still be closed by clicking
the system Close box in the title bar. This under Win2K w/D8. Thanks for
any tips!
