Personally speaking, I avoid Flash sprites that contain movie clips inside.
However, you might check out the static property of the Flash member to see
if it stops the animation from playing inside the movie clip. Look up the
syntax in the docs.

I have a flashsprite that I would like to not play... stop doesn't work,
because the flashmovie is only one frame, which then has a movieclip where
the animation takes place.
PausedAtStart doesn't work either, I guess all it does is prevent the
FlashMovie to go any further than to the first frame.
Is there any way to freeze it?
