FYI, from the documentation:
the files you would need would be:
Authoring License (Not to be distributed)
• Ipixtra.lic -- the IPIX Xtra Authoring license
The IPIX Xtra (Distributable)
• Ipixtra.x32 -- the actual distributable IPIX Xtra file
• Ipx32_56.dll -- shared library file
If they were available any longer.
