Now the trouble is the video. I devided the video into 10 parts.
It is still in one video stream.
The video shows a country side where it is raining. If you turn the wheel
the rainfall increases en more rain comes down.
I just like the video to loop on certain points and go on if the wheel is
turned and adds 1 to the wheelCounter each time the wheel has a full 360
rotation.
