Antialiased fonts have blurred edges by the very nature of anitaliasing 
(subtle color gradations). It is especially noticeable at smaller point 
sizes. For most fonts, 14 pt is a good size to start antialiasing, if you 
want to. What do you mean by saying you HAVE TO use antialiasing? 
Generally, it is not a requirement. It may be required, if your fonts use 
some of the characters with decimal codes above 128, but not otherwise.
