well yes I can manage to put the fields into a list to retrieve to go
backwards, but how do I actually tab to that field i.e. is there a command
to tab to a specific field sprite?

Not tested, but save the last picked fields into variables (or a list)
and
then select backwards with tab... I think it could work.
