So we could nationalise 000 calls and 000 call infrastucture? What a good idea!
Doesn't mean the telcos couldn't somehow stuff it up though. Perhaps they could
get someone skilled in large network change management.

Actually Kim,
Paul Budde said we spend (presumeably given to telcos) 2billion/year.
So, while outsourced payment is still coming from us.
ie 000 is currently nationalised (but outsourced to Telcos)
Electicity in NSW before AUSGRID (poles & wires installed by PMG) was
sold off and Retailers were invented.
What is the role of NBN?
