I'll start afresh. As a late Gen Xer I know full
well that I have no clue how to reply to a mailing list; they didn't
exist when I left school and nobody has taught me.
It is inevitable that this will come here, sadly.
The next time someone tries to pull a volvo stunt [like when they
refused to recall] or with those Christmas hampes that don't arrive, I
can see a bad review leading to this.
