Video at: http://youtu.be/LPtXpTB5uao ps: The ANU has issued a call for expressions of interest to produce further MOOC courses: http://news.anu.edu.au/2013/12/20/want-to-take-your-teaching-to-the-world/ I have submitted a proposal to produce a MOOC version of the on-line course "ICT Sustainability" which I have been running at ANU since 2009. This would be a "constructivist" cMOOC, with an emphasis on having the students learn from each other, rather than just present content from the "experts". The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Athabasca University Canada and the National Institute of Bank Management in India recently ran a successful such course on “Mobiles for Development”: http://m4d.colfinder.org/ -- Tom Worthington FACS CP, TomW Communications Pty Ltd. t: 0419496150 The Higher Education Whisperer http://blog.highereducationwhisperer.com/ PO Box 13, Belconnen ACT 2617, Australia http://www.tomw.net.au Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation Adjunct Senior Lecturer, Research School of Computer Science, Australian National University http://cs.anu.edu.au/courses/COMP7310/ _______________________________________________ Link mailing list Link@mailman.anu.edu.au http://mailman.anu.edu.au/mailman/listinfo/link
