I find this problem of browser incompatibility a lot with government stuff, even at the local level. Most of the time I figure it's my level of security lock-down on my FF browser -- noscript, adblock, no pop-ups, limited cookies, all that good stuff we have to do to not be owned by online sites. But even when I individually reduce the security blocks, the sites often still don't work, so I throw up my hands and resort to IE. If any linkers have power IT connections in Mygov -- which seems to be the go to place for Cwlth govt online access nowadays --would they PLEASE work with your other departments to do multi-browser testing. If you're going to require this sort of connection with govt services, you gotta at least give EVERY citizen/info seeker a fighting chance. Spec your systems correctly, please.
