Lots of disclaimers, including:
"The Three Year Construction Plan (the Plan) does not include premises
that are already ... covered by satellite, ..."
So premises within (say) a fixed wireless area, that currently have a
satellite service, will remain on satellite after the fixed wireless
rollout? Doesn't seem like sound financial management to me. Maybe I'm
missing something.
