My spam folder had 105 myGov Phishing messages recently.

These look too amateurish to be from a nation state. Even so it is good to see the Australian Government setting up a CyberWarfare Battalion, even bigger than I suggested in 2013: https://blog.tomw.net.au/search/label/cyberwar
