I don't care if it was raised on mother's milk, was fed nothing but apple-pie, mows its neighbours' lawns every Saturday and spends every Sunday tending lovingly to its aged mother. If it isn't open source it is an unreliable and untrustworthy voting mechanism. Anyone attempting to sell a voting system that they are unprepared to open to the most intimately detailed inspection by any citizen is placing their own profit ahead of the integrity of the voting process, and that alone should be enough to disqualify them as a voting solution vendor. Is EVACS open source?
