Dear all,
this is certainly a krautie question: I want to go beyond just playing
with Links and, for this sake, I need to declare usage of UTF-8 (e.g.
umlauts...).
Having not seen xml declarations anywhere so far, I would like to extend
the OCaml code by a feature which allows to set it inside a Links file.
On this behalf, I would like to ask for a brief hint about at which
place in the OCaml code to start my work.
