I can't find that router on http://downloadcenter.netgear.com/ so I
can't tell you exactly how, but the theory is that you want to go into
the router admin and either:

1. tell it to watch for and allow VoIP or SIP and RTP connections - this
is sometimes called protocol monitoring or connection tracking or
application-level gatewaying or whatever other name they've made up;

2. set up port forwarding rules so that all SIP and RTP traffic is
forwarded to your ipad's address, assuming that your ipad is the only
device making internet phone calls.
