Hi there, when I try to call the number +49931663927134 Linphone will always dial +4931663927134 (or 004931663927134) instead. I can see it in the history and it is not the number that I entered. Everything fine if I enter 00 instead of +.
What's wrong? PS. The number is an automated a public radio service. You can test as you like.
