I use Linphone iOS v. 4.2.1 on iOS 13.3 and have a problem receiving calls while Guided Access is enabled.
Guided Access allows the device to be locked to a screen, in my case the Linphone app dialpad. When I call the device while the screen is locked using Guided Access, calls go straight to voicemail. This behavior is unexpected. (The Zopier SIP client does not do this; I have verified the call-handling settings.) When I call the device while Guided Access is disabled, Linphone works without problem. My situation needs the Guided Access enabled. I suspect this maybe a bug. Since the other client does not act this way, it may be relatively straightforward fix, something in how the client is coded for iOS. Perhaps the app is wrongly interpreting the screen as “locked” when it is not. Dows this list notify the developers of this problem for their review? Thanks.
