Good News work around: By entering VPN inside address in Linphone
Account settings "Domain" I can dial into the Linphone on the other end.
Connection stays up, audio and video, low latency.

Linphonerc is present on windows, cannot locate on Android. NAT
settings allow successful connect dialing out from behind OpenVPN
firewall to a computer. Problem is setting linphone to VPN ip, it
insists on using Internet IP. This is elegant solution for point to
point conference, no middle man. Suggestions?
