I'm using the newest version for Windows 4.2.5. I'm using it with SIP accounts that support SIP Simple messaging. On 4.1.1, messages come in, pop a notify window and the messages appear in the messages window under the thread for the sender as expected. However, on the new version, incoming messages pop the notify window, but the messages never appear in the messages window.
