Hello. I think that we will need to reproduce the issue before going any further.
We would need access to 1 accounts on an external SIP provider which authenticates each request with no cache. Could you please eventually give us access to such account ? It would make us gain a lot of time, rather than deploying a new test environment with a server just for this purpose... This way we could do REGISTERS/UNREGISTERS with a systematic auth. I think that we couldn't see the bug until now because in Flexisip we do not ask for a new auth if another one was done in the last 30 minutes.
