I wanted to update this. I don't need SMS. Voicemail is required. Virtual phone
numbers are fine. If I could use a service similar to Hushed or a popular 2nd
number service using Linphone or an open source app, then that would be
perfect. E911 service is not necessary, but if included then that's okay, too.
