I've checked that my sip username and password are correct by logging into the
linphone website using my browser.

The failure reports...
"unable to add this account" on Freebsd14
[FreeBSD me-ghostbsd 14.0-STABLE FreeBSD 14.0-STABLE GENERIC amd64]
Linphone Desktop 5.0.18-Qt5.15.13, Core 5.2.0
and
"unable to send request" on Debian12
[Linux Me 6.1.0-21-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.1.90-1 (2024-05-03)
x86_64 GNU/Linux]
Linphone Desktop 4.4.10-Qt5.15.8, Core 5.1.65
The Debian log file is attached [Debian12-linphone.log]

I've updated the pem file
https://wiki.mozilla.org/CA/Included_Certificates
to /usr/local/share/linphone folder

Why is the handshake failing?

Thanks,
Steve
