Hi Holger,There is a toggle setting in the "interface" section that makes the numpad automatically show up in the new call screen. Regarding the "first click on calls", Linphone 6.0 opens the last main page you were on when you left. If you were on that screen when you left the app, you will automatically come back to it, so you'll only need 1 click to access the numpad.

But after the last (?) update on android (on my Huawei P60pro, I download from F-droid), it needs too much effort and time to get the number keyboard (first click on "calls" 1/2 second, than "new call" waiting again 1 second, than the keyboard sign) I hope, that this is also the opinion of other users, and this behaviour will be changed ... I think, it should need only one click to get the number keyboard....
