You left out a lot of information, for the google part
- what OS you are using
- exact error message (in text, not a pasted image :-)
- evidence that the google half is ok because you used an app password
with another client
- status of your interaction with google support about this
and for the nextcloud/docket:
- exact error message
- evidence that other clients are ok
