Since I have a ts-2000 I would be interested in seeing the source code.
Are you using the ts-2000 for RX or only TX? If you are using it for
RX how have you setup the radio.

The pause key is disabled. I do not remember why....
The Tx side is a major issue that I have not yet given much
consideration.
Surely the Rx should be muted and several different mechanisms will be
needed for this purpose. A key-press could be one of them, one of the
parallel port pins could be another. Would you think the space bar
is the key to use for Rx/Tx shift? In a first stage it would just
quiet the rx, but at a later stage it would start automatic CW keying
and perhaps transmissions in other modes with PTT control and maybe
other control signals. (A radar mode with PIN-diodes is VERY helpful
in aurora, meteor-scatter and perhaps in sporadic E)
For what it's worth: Today I modified the routine screen.c in such a
way that it automatically detects when I am transmitting and blanks both
waterfalls (wide graph and baseband graph). The effect is that instead
of bright white strips across all (baseband) or part (wide graph) of the
waterfalls, there are black strips. These are much easier on the eyes.
Together with a simple patch to wide_graph.c which causes clicking on
the wide graph to set the effective BFO frequency to an even kHz, and a
users_extra.c routine that sets mt TS-2000 to that same even-kHz
frequency for transmitting, the changes make the Linrad/WSJT combination
very pleasant to use.
I would be happy to share this source code, if anyone is interested.
